Local Tax:
For all guests over 14 years, we ask a daily sports club fee of 3,00€ per person and night. The fee is not included in the total price of your stay and it has to be payed at the reception.
Arrivals & Departures:
The Check in can be made from 3pm – 9pm. Arrival after 9pm has to be announced to the reception.
The Check out can be made until 10am of your departure date. Later departures will be checked on availability at the reception desk. We ask also here to speak to the reception for availabilities.
Reservations & deposits:
Your holidays at The Lodge in Eppan will be fixed and reserved after our written/sent confirmation and confirmation of your credit card debiting. The payment depent of the booking conditions.
Reservation of the restaurant:
Even as a hotel guest, it is essential that you make your table reservation at The Grillhouse restaurant in advance.

Discounts:
With two full paying persons in a double bedroom or suite we offer you a discount of the room price: Free overnight stay for children under 3 years.
We offer a child bed only on request. For children over 3 years and all other extra persons for our rooms and suites there will be charged a price of 35,00€ per night including breakfast.
The price for the apartment will be charged for any extra person with 50,00€ per night.
Auto & Co.:
During your stay you can use our hotel parking lot 100 m from the house free of charge. We offer our guests an electric car charging station with 11 kW/h with type 2 plug for the price of 5 Euro per hour (parking fee) or 10 mobile home parking spaces at the price of 25,00 Euro per day without electricity + 10,00 Euro for electricity.
Südtirol Guest Pass
From March 1, 2024, our guests will also receive the Südtirol Guest Pass.

Who receives this pass?
Every guest over the age of 6 receives this pass. Overnight stays of guests aged 14 and over will be charged.
What does it include?
It includes the use of all public transportation in South Tyrol:
– All regional and regional express trains within South Tyrol as well as to Trento and the Brenner Pass.
– The regional, city and city buses
– The cable cars to Ritten, Kohlern, Mölten, Vöran and Meransen
– The Ritten narrow-gauge railroad and the Mendel funicular railroad
– The PostBus Switzerland bus line between Malles/Mals and Müstair (CH)
Not included: long-distance trains, individual bus connections and private cable cars.
Allergies & Intolerances:
On request we offer our guests lactose and gluten free products for any meal.
Our restaurant staff is available for any consultation or any further information.
Payment options:
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS, bank transfer and cash.
Payment Procedures in the Restaurant:
To avoid misunderstandings and ensure clear billing, we would like to inform you that all consumption in the restaurant must be paid for on the spot. It is not possible to charge restaurant costs to your room bill. We ask for your understanding and cooperation to make the payment process as efficient as possible.
Cancellation:
Depending on the booking conditions. For the non-refundable rate, we recommend purchasing cancellation insurance so that you don’t have to pay in the event of a no-show. The same applies to the flexible rate 3 weeks before arrival.
Internet:
The Wifi & Bluetooth is free in the entire hotel area during your stay.
Pets:
Pets are allowed only with leash and muzzle , although a pre arrival notice has to be made. The SPA center and Fitness Center is not allowed for any pet.
The price per pet is 30,00€ per day without food.
Smoking:
Since 2005 it is forbidden to smoke in public and closed areas.

During the apple blossom in spring, it’s important to note that certain frost protection measures can lead to an unpleasant sulfur smell.This way, the blossoms are protected and preserved from potential damage.
